James Earl “Black” Whitmore 62 of Sulphur Springs, Texas passed away Sunday February 16, 2020 in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Services will be held Saturday February 29, 2020 at 11 a.m. Morning Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs, Texas; with Pastor Nakia Smith officiating.
Interment will follow at Mel Haven Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Services are under the direction of J.C. White Funeral & Cremation Services of Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
