Hopkins County Sheriff’s Deputy Elijah Fite took two men and a woman into custody Wednesday and transported them to Hopkins County jail on felony warrants, according to arrest and jail reports.
Jasmine Alexis Brigham, 30, of Greenville was picked up at noon Jan. 29, at Hunt County jail, where she was held on two Hopkins County warrants, according to arrest reports.
She was booked into Hopkins County jail for surety off bond on a driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age in the vehicle charge and a tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair charge, according to arrest reports.
Brigham remained in the county jail on the charges Thursday morning, according to jail reports.
Michael Adrian Lizalde was taken into custody at 10:15 a.m. Jan. 29, at Dallas County jail, where he was held on a Hopkins County warrant, according to arrest reports.
The 28-year-old Carrollton man was transported to Hopkins County jail on a warrant for violation of probation, which he was on for possession of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance, according to arrest reports.
Lizalde remained in Hopkins County jail Thursday morning, Jan. 30, on the felony charge, according to jail reports.
Joshua Robert Welborn was taken into custody at 4 p.m. Jan. 29, at Upshur County jail, where he was held on a Hopkins County warrant, according to arrest reports.
The 26-year-old Gilmer man was transported to Hopkins County jail, where he was booked for violation of probation, which he was on for abandoning or endangering a child-criminal negligence, according to arrest and jail reports.
Welborn remained in the county jail Thursday, Jan. 30 on the charge, according to jail reports.
