A funeral service for Shelley Lynn Huddleston, age 57, will be held at 11:00 a. m. Monday, Dec. 9, 2019 at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church in Alba, Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening, Dec. 8, 2019 at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church. Shelley was born in Dallas on January 14, 1962 to Charlie Ray and Jimmie Lou McCain McCallum. She married Danny Mac Huddleston in Grand Saline on November 17, 1984. Shelley was a graduate from Grand Saline High School. Before her retirement she was a secretary for Potts Gas Company. Shelley was a devoted wife and mother. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Danny Mac Huddleston of Alba; daughter, Danielle Nicole Huddleston of Dallas; mother and step-father, Jimmie Lou and David Buchanan of Alba; father, Charlie McCallum Greenville; brother, Richard McCallum of Alba; grandmother, Frances McCallum of Greenville and her faithful companion, Bella; three step-brothers and one step-sister. Numerous other nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
She was preceded by, step-brother, Mark Buchanan; niece, Tifinie Perkins; nephew, Wesley “Bubba” Pruitt; brother-in-law, J. J. Huddleston; step-mother, Darla McCallum; and her grandparents.
