Jimmy Clayton, Sr

Funeral Service for Jimmy Clayton, Sr., age 75, of Dallas will held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with Fred Foster officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Sterling Cemetery with Jimmy Clayton III, Jimmy Clayton, Jr., Jack Layton, Allen Crawford, Rick
Harmon, Mundy McCoy and Joe Sanchez serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mr. Clayton passed away in Dallas on Monday, October 7, 2019.

Jimmy, Sr. was born on April 5, 1944 in Sulphur Springs to Jessie and Mildred Clayton. He was an auto mechanic by trade and member of Heritage Cowboy Church. He is survived by his son, Jimmie Clayton, Jr. and wife, Jessica of Dallas; daughter, Elizabeth Sanchez and husband, Joe of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Chloe Clayton and Jimmy Clayton III; sisters, Jean and Jackie Layton, Linda Clayton, Jessica Farmer; brother, Reginald Clayton. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents.
