Funeral service for Daisy Inez Tarrant, age 80, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with Bro. Gary Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Academy Cemetery with Jimmy Tarrant, Jason Barnett, Anthony Scott, Toby Boatman, Bobby Clark and Dan Rife serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Tarrant passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 in Sulphur Springs, TX
Daisy was born on April 11, 1938 in Wood County, to Garland and Irene Anders. She married Durwood Tarrant in 1955 and he preceded her in death in 2004. Daisy retired from M & F Products. She was an active gardener and loved her flowers. She was a member of Beckham Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Doug Tarrant and wife, Debbie; daughter, Rhonda Tarrant; grandchildren, Jeremy Tarrant and wife, Dana, Ashley Bates and husband, Mark, Chase Tarrant and wife, Megan; great grandchildren, Jayden Tarrant, Jorden Tarrant, Michaelann Tarrant, Charlie Tarrant; sisters, Edith and Dollie; brother, F.O. Anders; special friends, Jason and Nikki Barnett and Jackson.
Daisy was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister, Jerry Wanda Anders; brothers, Charles Anders, Garland Henry Jr., David Anders, Jerry Anders, Johnny Ray Anders.
