The Wildcats and Lady Cats’ cross country teams are competing on this Friday (September 14) game day. The teams are at their fourth meet of the season. This one, the Dustin Rodriguez Run, is sponsored by Wylie High School and is taking place at Audubon Park in Garland. The Wildcats and Lady Cats are gearing up for the District 15-5A Championship at Mount Pleasant High School coming up on October 8.
The Lady Cats’ volleyball team is usually busy on Friday but Head Coach Justin Maness decided to give the team this Friday (September 14) off for Homecoming. Two members of the team are Homecoming Queen Nominees, Maddie Millsap and Sadie Stroud. The Lady Cats will return to action on Tuesday (September 18) at home against Nevada Community.
