Gary Anderson, Delta County Commissioner Precinct 2
Cooper, TX – An investigation by the Texas Rangers yielded enough evidence to indict Gary Anderson on charges of Abuse of Official Capacity, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Misuse of Delta County funds and equipment including putting County tires on his own tractor lead to Anderson turning himself in on warrants. He has not submitted a letter of resignation to the Commissioners Court.
A trial date has not been set.
