On a windy Tuesday, local government and civic leaders attended a ground breaking ceremony in Heritage Business Park for Load Trail. According to Tom Sellers, CEO of Alliance Bank and President of the Hopkins County Economic Development Board who served as Master of Ceremonies for the event, Load Trail is known world-wide for the manufacture of trailers and dump trailers. Mayor John Sellers and County Judge Robert Newsom gave brief welcomes. Heritage Business Park is located off Loop 301 near Raven Industries and Armorock Polymer Concrete. Load Trail, a manufacturer of trailers and dump trailers, will be housed in a 150,000 square feet building at Heritage Business Park. New jobs at the facility will total 150. Load Trail will be the second industry to locate in Heritage Business Park. Armorock Polymer Concrete chose Sulphur Springs for their first expansion of the Nevada based Company.
