The Saltillo Lady Lions’ softball team lost at Sulphur Bluff, 15-2 Thursday (March 29). Coach Colton Smith said his team struggled to find hits in the loss to Sulphur Bluff. Lady Lions pitcher Chandler Bain struck out 8 in the loss. Madison Simmons was 1 for 3. Jordan Sustaire was 2 for 3. Anna Reeder was 1 for 2. Christi Gurley was 1 for 3. Paisley Kastner was 1 for 3 with a double. The Lady Lions play Detroit at home Friday afternoon (March 30).
