Traffic congestion around Celebration Plaza, the Dining District, and the Hopkins County Courthouse during the mid-morning hours Wednesday can be credited in part to work on the courthouse roof. The $600,000-plus roof replacement will continue for some time as contractors continue their work on the steep roof.
