TONY AGUILAR WITH BMX STARS JON, JAREN AND SHANE

BMX Jon, Jaren, Shane 2016

Meet Jon, Jaren and Shane. Each of these professional riders was “bitten” by the  BMX  bug at about 10 years of age when they attended stunt performances in their various parts of the United States. By watching the riders, the skateboard- and bike-loving boys picked up new stunts to do, and like many boys, they dreamed of becoming BMX stars. For these three, the dream came true for a great career! The trio is a part of the Lone Star Action Sports tour, making stops at the Hopkins County Fall Festival since 2013. Their positive message is that a sport of choice can enhance a positive, drug-free lifestyle for youth. The tour is setting up for nine different FREE presentations this weekend, so plan to bring your youngsters! Tony Aguilar, a member of the Fall Festival Board of Directors, has scheduled the free stunt shows at these times:

Thursday October 20: 10am and 12 noon inside the SSHS Auxilary Gym

Friday October 21: 10am, 12noon and 2pm in Civic Center circle drive

Saturday October 22: 10am, 12noon, 2pm and 4pm also in circle drive
