Wildcats Tennis Coach Tony Martinez said his team did well in a tournament last Friday hosted by Hallsville. Coach Martinez changed his boys doubles personnel and he said he liked what he saw last Friday. The team of junior Kade Brown and sophomore Joey Gatewood made it to the semifinals of consolation losing to a veteran team from Hallsville. The team of freshman Dwayne Flemmons and junior Harrison Harbin also played well according to Coach Martinez, especially since the new pairings had only been in place for a week or two.
Next the Wildcats will travel to a Kilgore tournament on February 12
