Alliance Bank in Sulphur Springs

Brashear News

Well Christmas is fast approaching.  Has everyone got all of their gifts bought?  Groceries for family gatherings? And of course trip to tell Santa what you want for Christmas.  Christmas is such a magical time of the year and I hope for all of you it is special.

The weather has certainly been crazy.  Dry and warm, then wet.  We sure have had a lot of rain.  I heard this week that the state of Texas is officially out of the drought.  You think?    We are drying out a little except in the low areas.

I hope everyone remembered to take time to do something special for those who do not have as much.  There are so many opportunities here in Sulphur Springs: Senior Citizens, Angel Tree, donating blankets for seniors and so much more.

During the holidays remember that the Brashear Library is available for you reading pleasure.  Books are being donated and changed a lot recently.

The New Year is fast approaching and P31 Brashear is still there for you ladies to begin the New Year with a new goal for yourself, to become healthy.  We meet at the Family Life Building of the Brashear Baptist Church every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  Time is 7:00 to 8:00 pm.  Come and join a great group of ladies who love to support each other and have fun sweating.

I have run out of news so until next week remember to call me with something you want to share with everyone.  My number is 903.612.8806; my email is [email protected]; or come on by CR 1119 and visit.  Take care.
