Funeral services for Elizabeth Ann Sewell, age 78, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fred Lewis and Rev. Mark Bryant officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with Archie Wills, Dakota Byker, Ronald Wills, Chris Thompson, Patrick Mockler and Curtis Thompson serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., one hour prior to service time.
Mrs. Sewell passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 8, 1937 in Hopkins County the daughter of George and Bettie Thompson. She married Lynn Dale Sewell on December 21, 1955 in Sulphur Springs. He preceded her in death on March 3, 2014. Mrs. Sewell was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Norman and Patricia Douglas of Arlington, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
