Graveside services for Billie C. Waters of Plano, formerly of Sulphur Springs were held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 14, 2015 at Tira Cemetery with Pastor David Larkin officiating. No formal visitation was held.
Ms. Waters passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Golden Acres Nursing Home in Dallas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
