Bingo at the Senior Citizens Center can be fierce. Those who might think this is a casual game, or just something to pass the time would be sorely mistaken. Prizes are coveted, and reports ‘post-game prize trading’ can be confirmed. Burgers and Fries Wait Staff Donate to Senior Citizens Center
Once again the wait-staff of Burgers and Fries, 208 College Street, have donated their tips received for service. The recipient of their over $2000 donation is the Senior Citizens Center, 150 MLK Boulevard in Sulphur Springs. “These wonderful people and their customers are making a difference in a lot of Senior’s Lives,” stated Karon Weatherman, Program and Marketing Director for the Senior Center.

Summer 42 Tournament at the Senior Citizens Center Winners!
Saturday, August 25th was the date of the Summer 42 Tournament at the Senior Citizens Center. 28 teams battled it out for 1st – 4th place. The Senior Center has three 42 Tournaments a year. Men’s BBQ at the Senior Citizens Center on Thursday, July 30th
Mike Patterson and Tim Walsworth will be firing up the Grill about 11:00 AM and we will start at eating at 12:00 Noon. They will be cooking Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. After lunch you can feast on all the Homemade Ice Cream that you can eat. We will have Vanilla, Orange and Fresh Peach.
