Monday – vegetable beef soup, cheese cubes and crackers. Tuesday – Broccoli and ham quiche, sliced tomatoes and cottage cheese. Wednesday – Beef Patties with roast gravy, macaroni and cheese, California blend vegetables and a roll. Thursday – chicken fried chicken/gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and a roll. Friday – Barbecued wieners, baked beans, cole slaw and a roll.
Meal a Day Gets Donation from Four Heroes, VFW
Karon Weatherman, Director of the Sulphur Springs Seniors Center, had four American heroes stop by the Senior Citizens Center to give Meal A Day a donation this week They are from Hopkins County VFW Post 8560. Left to Right:Philip Gabbert, Travis Estes, Art Romanat, Karon Templeton Weatherman and Joe Robinson. It is organizations like this that keep Meal A Day funded.
