Results From February UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest
Last Thursday February 6th, 2020, the Sulphur Springs High school Band hosted a UIL District Solo and Ensemble Contest. The event took place at the First Baptist Church here in Sulphur Springs. Overall, SSISD students received 34 first medals. Of that 34, 23 students qualify for state. The UIL State Contest will be held in May, in Austin, TX.
