Members of the Adult Protective Services came down to commissioners court to hear the proclamation read by Judge Newsom. The proclamation reads as follows: Adult Protective Services (APS) is working with community partners and professional groups around the state to raise awareness about adult abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation.
