April 3, 2025 – At the district track meet in Paris this week, the Sulphur Springs Ladycats track team placed second and the Wildcat boys placed third. The Ladycats 4X400m Relay Team set a new school record, breaking the previous record held from 1989, with a time: of 4:09.4. Jaicee Jasmer placed 1st in the pole vault, 1st in the 200m run and with the 4x200m relay team. Edith Martinez was 1st in the the 3200m.
