May 20, 2024 – The annual Caney Baptist Church Memorial Day Service will begin at 9:45AM Sunday June 2, 2024. Coffee, juice and donuts will be served in the fellowship hall. Special music will be provided by Bro Tom Friday. After a message from the pastor, the cemetery business will be conducted. The day will conclude with a lunch and fellowship. Everyone is welcome.

May 5, 2024 – CHRISTUS Health hosted free student athlete screenings for ten different school districts in Sulphur Springs and surrounding areas on Friday, May 3.
