The Wildcats’ basketball team lost two close games in a Kaufman holiday tournament Monday. A Lone Oak game went right to the final horn with Lone Oak topping the Wildcats, 51-49. Cain Cody had 23 points for the Wildcats and Jaylon Dugan added 12. Then Dallas Life School of Oak Cliff topped the Wildcats, 45-40. Top scorers were Cain Cody with 14, Jaylon Dugan with 11 and Ke’Ontae Dunn with 10. The losses give the Wildcats a 4-11 record.
