Veterans Honor Flights Planned

There is a meeting set for Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center to let interested veterans know about Honor Flights to Washington, D.C. this year. Veterans can take a free overnight trip to the nation’s capital to see monuments and memorials. A volunteer is assigned to each veteran and medical personnel are on the trip. Four flights are planned this year, two in the spring and two in the fall.
