A Message of Inspiration From the Author of Living Loved, April 5, 2026

Hey friends, I feel this sweet, tender message from our Father to us.  

I don’t just see your pain, 

I made a way to heal it.

I didn’t just witness your brokenness…I carried it.

When my son went to the cross, it was not random.

It was not distant.

It was not just for “someone else, someone good.”

It was personal.

It was intentional.

It was for you.

“But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.” — Romans 5:8

Before you ever tried to fix your life…

Before you ever thought about changing…

Before you ever wondered if you were worth saving…

Jesus already chose the cross for you.  Every broken place was already carried, paid for and I’ve been in it with you. 

You see, He took what was meant to destroy you.  

Everything that tried to break you…

Every sin… every wound… every shame… every lie…every betrayal.   

He carried it…

He personally carried our sins in His body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right.” — 1 Peter 2:24

And friends listen that means this:

Your past was placed on Him.  

Your shame was placed on Him.

Your guilt was placed on Him.

So friends, you don’t have to carry it anymore. 

He said, “It Is Finished”.   Not Almost finished, not partially, not temporarily finished.  FINISHED

And friends, As Jesus hung on the cross, He spoke those three powerful words.  That wasn’t defeat.   That was victory.

It meant the debt has been paid.  It meant the price has been covered, the punishment has been satisfied.  And friends, there is nothing left for you to earn.   There is nothing left for you to prove.

Friends, You are not working toward freedom; freedom has already been purchased for you.

And friends the world may have handed you a sentence…said you weren’t enough, 

but heaven handed you a Savior.

And His verdict over your life is not condemnation, 

it is life.    “So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1

Do you hear that?   Not less condemnation.   Not reduced condemnation.   NO condemnation.    Because Jesus already took it.

Friends, the cross didn’t just cover your sin, it gave you a brand new identity.  “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”  2 Corinthians 5:17

And friends listen, His Work Is Finished on the cross, but your story is not.  

The cross was the beginning of our freedom, not the end of your story.

And the same power that raised Jesus from the grave, is available to raise us, out of shame, out of addiction, out of broken identity, out of hopelessness, and out of darkness and into his glorious light!  “The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you.” — Romans 8:11

And friends, this Easter let this be known, 

-You don’t have to clean yourself up first.

-You don’t have to get everything right.

-You don’t have to prove anything.

You simply have to just receive what Jesus already finished.   “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” — Romans 10:13

Friends, Jesus already secured this all for you.

And today—you can step into it.   So step friends.  Because you are so loved, He died for you!! Now you get to LIVE for him!! Live loved friends!
