Knights of Columbus Fish Fry Every Friday Through Lent

February 26, 2026 – The next KoC Fish Fry of 2026 will be this Friday. With so many options, no one goes away hungry. Service starts at 5PM and goes till 7pm. Right here in Sulphur Springs at St. James Catholic Church.

Catholic fish fry culture is a Lenten tradition where parishes and community groups host Friday night meals featuring fried fish, adhering to the prohibition of eating red meat on Fridays during the 40 days before Easter. 

Plenty of USA catfish, hush puppies, fries, coleslaw, okra, desserts, tea and don’t forget about those special beans.
