Last Minute News on Saturday’s Marked Down Market

August 1, 2025 – Marked Down Market will open bright and eary Saturday August 2, 2025. A section of downtown Sulphur Springs will be the temporary home to 32 vendors from 9AM till 4PM.

Here are some tips on maximizing your visit:

• Cash is king. Retailers will be marking items down to the point that credit card fees can cut into their profits. There are several ATM’s within walking distance.
• One of the more popular ways to pay, if you don’t have cash, is Venmo.
• The area will be crowded and a little hectic while the vendors setup. It may not be a great idea to arrive before 9AM.
• There will also be food, snack and drink vendors… something for everyone.
• There will be a drawing on Saturday. The winner will receive $100. Must be present to win.
• This event will go on rain or shine.
