Beverley Ann Moseley, of Pickton, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, at the age of 78.
Ann was born on September 5, 1946, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Lawrence and Margaret Dale (Cooper) Hurley. She had a servant’s heart and worked as an LVN, a job that she was passionate about. Ann loved caring for her patients and treated those she cared for like family. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, Sulphur Springs.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Michael and Kayla Gentry, Melinda and Scott Henderson; grandchildren, Lydia Rose Drummond and fiancé, Jackson Monk, Trey and wife, Angelica Henderson, Tyler Henderson, Cooper Gentry, Spencer Gentry; great grandchildren, Olivia Henderson and Carson Henderson; brother, Terry Hurley and special friend, Sherry Muir; sister, Kay and husband, Mike Martinkus; nieces and nephews, Lindy Shipley, Krista Hale, Lauren Stevens, Jennifer Hurley, Tara Hurley; and numerous relatives and friends.
Ann’s legacy will be her deep and abiding love of her family. She loved them fiercely and relished the laughter they all shared when together. Ann had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed many jokes and a good prank over the years, even at her own expense. Her family will cherish the many memories of love and laughter to carry them through their loss of “the boss”.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. with Pastor Gene Mattison officiating. Interment will be at the Mount Vernon City Cemetery following the service.
