AARP Tax Aide Also Available in the Greenville/Hunt County Area

January 4, 2024 – The AARP Tax Aide Free Return Service available for the Greenville/Hunt
County area opens for appointments on Jan. 17, 2024.

Free Return preparation is by appointment only, just like previous years.

Tax preparation begins on February 5, 2024 through April 10. This year, appointments will be on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

No walk-ins are allowed, this is an appointment only event. To apply click here: AARP Tax Aide Registration. You may register online yourself or go to the Greenville Library for assistance with registration.

Packets will be available at the Greenville Library. Before your appointment please stop by and pick one up.

The Greenville Library is located at: #1 Lou Finney Ln, Greenville, TX Items you need to bring when you come for your appointment:

• Applicable packet forms completely filled out
• Previous two years tax returns.
• Social Security cards and/or ITIN notices/cards or other official
  documentation that show
• The taxpayer identification numbers for every individual on your
  return
• Government-issued photo ID for each taxpayer.
• Checking or savings account information if you want to direct deposit
  any refund(s) or
  direct debit of any amounts due.
• Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) (for each individual if applicable).
