Volunteers prepare meals at the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center and deliver them five days a week to Meal A Day program recipients in Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County. The Meal A Day Menu for the week of Feb. 20-24, 2023 includes:
MONDAY, Feb. 20- Tuna Noodle Casserole, Broccoli and a Roll
TUESDAY, Feb. 21- Catfish Nuggets, Hushpuppies and Coleslaw
WEDNESDAY, Feb. 22- BBQ Rope Sausage, Black-Eye Peas and Cabbage
THURSDAY, Feb. 23- Sausage & Cheese Egg Bake, Banana Nut Muffin and Seasoned Potatoes
FRIDAY, Feb. 24- Corny Dogs (2), Mac & Cheese and Green Beans
