January 26, 2023 – 18 year-old Justin Wayne Wyly was arrested on multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
A Cyber Tip received by the Hopkins County Sheriff initiated the investigation. Chief Investigator Weatherford obtained a search warrant for the entire property and all residents. The entire site was searched, including vehicles. Storage media was collected, photographed and cataloged. A check of public records show several members of the family listed as residents of the location.
And interview was conducted with the accused at the residence. He was taken into custody and jailed without incident.
