A graveside service for Juanita Ruth Humphrey, age 92, of Sulphur Springs, Texas, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Black Oak Cemetery with Bro Terry Bolton officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Ms. Humphrey passed away on January 9, 2022, at Christus Mother Frances – Sulphur Springs.
Juanita was born on September 14, 1929, in Como, Texas, to Jimmy and Lorene (Morris) Humphrey. She worked as a secretary at Payne Butane, Gober-Merrell, and Como Feed Mill. She was a lifetime member of the Greenpond Baptist Church.
She is survived by numerous cousins.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents.
