Nim Franklin Cash, age 86, of Dallas passed away on December 8, 2021, at his home in Dallas.
Funeral services for Mr. Cash were held on Sunday, December 12, 2021, in the chapel at Sam Harvey Funeral Home with interment to follow at Hagansport Cemetery. The family received friends on Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pallbearers were Garrett Cash, James Perez, William Perez, JR Cash, Steven Cash, Mark Cash Jr., Conner Cash, Javier Cepeda and Dylan Cash.
Nim was born on June 15, 1935, to Trannie Franklin Cash and Iola Mae (Killingsworth) Cash in Anna, Texas. He was a United States Air Force veteran. Nim worked as a Supervisor of Sanitation for the City of Dallas for 52 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Trannie Everett; and sisters, Lou Nell Jones and Mary Elizabeth Garrison.
Nim is survived by three sons, Eddie Cash and wife Kathy of Forney, Larry Cash and wife Judy of Bayfield, Colorado, and Mark Cash and wife Anne of Fate; daughter, Susie Perez of Farmersville; brothers; Sandy Cash, Glynn Wayne Cash, and Adam Miller Cash; sisters. Bonnie Sue Bunch, Lela Anderson, Letha Knowlton, and Shelia Gray; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
