Heifer Show at 2021 HC Junior Market Livestock Show

Twenty eight heifers were entered in the NETLA show held on February 26, 2021 in Sulphur Springs. Students showing these projects were judged on showmanship and their projects were judged based on the animal’s weight. The heifers were beautiful and obviously brimming with health, ready to become an asset to any owner’s herd.

Heifers and first-calf heifers were exhibited

Showmanship winners were: Savannah Allen of SS FFA in the Senior Division for ages 14 and up, Abbie Melton of HC 4H in the 8-10 year old division and Claire Jalufka of Como Pickton FFA in the Intermediate 11-13 year old division.
