February 5

  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2233 near Mineola, at approximately 7:05 a.m., in reference to an assault that occurred. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 11:30 a.m., in reference to an animal complaint. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any goats.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Beaulah St. in Hawkins, at approximately 11:31 a.m., in reference to possible drugs. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
  • At 12:21 p.m., cows were reported out on HWY 154 near Quitman.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 12:35 p.m., in reference to a possible suicidal subject. Deputies made contact with the individual, but did not locate any signs of suicidal tendencies.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 1:08 p.m., in reference to an animal complaint on FM 778 near Hainesville. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 14 near Quitman, at approximately 2:37 p.m., in reference to a motorist assists. Deputies made contact with the individual and everything was OK.
  • At 3:52 p.m., horses were reported out on CR 1950 near Yantis.

February 6

  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1236 near Quitman, at approximately 9:34 a.m., in reference to a dispute. Parties were separated for the day.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 10:44 a.m., in reference to a scam on CR 3130 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 4137 near Quitman; at approximately 12:13 p.m. Lloyd Greene, 23, of Quitman, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 2281 near Mineola; at approximately 12:31 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the individual.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3250 near Quitman, at approximately 1:00 p.m., in reference to a theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole a gate from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1299 near Yantis, at approximately 2:18 p.m., in reference to fraud. Actors, or actors unknown, used the reporting party’s debit/credit card without authorization.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 37 near Mineola, at approximately 7:58 p.m., in reference to a burglary. Actors, or actors unknown, broke into the reporting party’s residence and stole several items. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 1554 near Alba; at approximately 7:59 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the reporting party.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 8:47 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances on CR 3104 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 8:55 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies located the suspicious activity and cleared the incident.

February 7

  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to Bermuda St. in Quitman; at approximately 9:03 a.m. Brian Shelby, 19, of Dallas, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3340 near Hawkins, at approximately 9:09 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies made contact with the homeowner and determined it was an accident.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 2:37 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances on FM 1804 near Mineola. Deputies advised the reporting party that extra patrol would be provided.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 779 near Alba, at approximately 3:19 p.m., in reference to theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole money from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1917 near Yantis, at approximately 5:21 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individuals.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 5:36 p.m., in reference to a possible theft on HWY 37 near Mineola. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 8:09 p.m., in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on HWY 154 near Yantis; at approximately 8:26 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 1801 near Mineola, at approximately 9:20 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 852 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:28 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 4560 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:37 p.m., in reference to a noise complaint. Deputies located the individuals and advised them to lower the volume of the music.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2164 near Quitman, at approximately 11:27 p.m., in reference to a dispute. Parties were separated for the night.

February 8

  • At 10:20 a.m., cows were reported out on CR 2270 near Mineola.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 11 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:41 a.m., in reference to deadly conduct. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2770 near Mineola, at approximately 12:24 p.m., in reference to fraud. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 12:51 p.m., in reference to terroristic threat on CR 1807 near Yantis. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1681 near Alba, at approximately 2:22 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 4:04 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Parties were separated for the night.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Whitefoot near Quitman, at approximately 6:28 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies located the suspicious activity and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1901 near Yantis, at approximately 7:36 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Parties were separated for the night.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on HWY 154 near Quitman; at approximately 8:45 p.m. Roy Shelton, 71, of Quitman, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3598 near Winnsboro, at approximately 9:10 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief. Known actors damaged the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.

February 9

  • Deputies were dispatched to Loop 564 near Mineola, at approximately 12:10 a.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2100 near Mineola, at approximately 9:46 a.m., in reference to theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole a lawn mower from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 4450 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:01 a.m., in reference to a disturbance where an assault occurred. Nathan Brosnan, 28, of Winnsboro, was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 4200 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:06 a.m., in reference to a welfare check. The individual was located and transported to the hospital by EMS.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1840 near Yantis, at approximately 11:38 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies made contact with the homeowner and determined it was secure.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 12:24 p.m., in reference to harassment on FM 515 near Como. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 1830 near Yantis; at approximately 7:04 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the individual.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Gibson St. in Alba, at approximately 8:59 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 2659 near Hawkins, at approximately 10:07 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Kenneth Moore, 38, of Hawkins, was arrested for Criminal Trespass.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Whitefoot near Quitman, at approximately 10:21 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Beaulah St. in Hawkins, at approximately 10:49 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.

February 10

  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 2869 near Hawkins, at approximately 7:58 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 17 near Yantis, at approximately 10:49 a.m., in reference to a burglary. Actors, or actors unknown, broke into the reporting party’s residence and stole several items. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1987 near Yantis, at approximately 11:02 a.m., in reference to a credit/debit card abuse. Actors, or actors unknown, stole money and credit/debit cards from the reporting party’s residence and used them without authorization. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 11:22 a.m., in reference to harassment on CR 2320 near Mineola. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 4450 near Winnsboro, at approximately 12:26 p.m., in reference to theft. Deputies made contact with the individuals and determined it was a civil matter.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on HWY 154 near Quitman; at approximately 12:54 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 2:51 p.m., in reference to a burglary. Deputies made contact with the individuals and determined that no burglary took place.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to Sycamore St. in Mineola; at approximately 2:52 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the individual.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 1901 near Yantis; at approximately 3:52 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and it was towed by Wyatt’s Towing.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to Bermuda St. in Quitman; at approximately 4:38 p.m. Layne Latte, 24, of Caddo Mills, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 5:34 p.m., in reference to harassment on HWY 80 near Mineola. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on HWY 80 near Mineola; at approximately 7:04 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3270 near Hainesville, at approximately 8:08 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief. Actors, or actors unknown, caused minor damage to the reporting party’s property.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious person on CR 2810 near Mineola; at approximately 10:34 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.

February 11

  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 1:13 a.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any suspicious activity.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 12:12 p.m., in reference to a scam on Winding Trail near Hawkins. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • At 12:25 p.m., cows were reported out on FM 2088 near Quitman.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 1:59 p.m., in reference to a possible theft on FM 3056 near Hawkins. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 3420 near Hawkins; at approximately 7:18 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1676 near Alba, at approximately 8:35 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Parties were separated for the night.
