Meal a Day Says Thank You for the Donation!

Four members of the Lake Highlands Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs Ladies Missionary Association delivered a $331.00 ‘plus’ Canned Food donation to the Meal A Day Program on Monday February 10, 2020. Director Karon Weatherman and her volunteers sen out a big “thank you!”

Meal a Day is always open to donations from organizations and individuals. The Meal a Day program, located inside the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center at 150 MLK Drive, prepares and serves about 800 lunches per week for walk-ins and for delivery to homebound seniors.
