The Lady Cats Soccer Team got a home win against Nevada Community, 2-1 Friday night, February 7.

The win snapped a two game losing streak and gave them a boost as they enter district play against Greenville Tuesday night at Gerald Prim Stadium.

The Lady Cats got a goal from freshman Rebekah Stanley after an assist from Janine Yamaguchi and an unassisted goal from Haley Robinson.

Lady Cats Coach Javier Aguayo said the contest featured really good games from both teams. He said the Lady Cats had lots of chances but could only manage to get two goals.
