An Affiliated Driving School Class is scheduled Jan. 30 at the Senior Citizens Center. The class is open to all ages, but those planning are asked to sign up as soon as possible to ensure enough will be attending to host the class.
“I need people to sign up for this class before I have to cancel it,” Karon Weatherman, program and marketing director for the Senior Citizens Center.
Those looking for a discount on liability insurance of a class to help with a ticket may want to put this class on their calendars. Those taking the class for these purposes are recommended to contact their insurance agent to verify the discount and the court the ticket was issued for to confirm requirements for ticket dismissal, in advance.
“It is good for 10 percent off of your liability insurance or ticket dismissal. The cost of the class is $15 for insurance discount and $25 for ticket dismissal. The discount is good for 3 years,” Weatherman noted.
