Charles Humphries has announced his intention to seek election as Hopkins County Constable, Precinct 2. Humphries, a Republican, has been employed by the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office for twenty years, working his way up from Jailer to Deputy to Investigator.
“My experience throughout my law enforcement career of serving warrants, civil process, making arrests, investigating crime scenes and criminal activity, as well as performing bailiff and courtroom security duties will enable me to excel at the serving the citizens of Hopkins County as Constable, Precinct 2.”
