June 26th

  • At 9:36 a.m., cows were reported out on CR 3990 near Winnsboro.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2312 near Mineola, at approximately 10:36 a.m., in reference to criminal mischief. Actors, or actors unknown, damaged the reporting party’s property.
  • At 10:47 a.m., cows were reported out on FM 515 near Winnsboro.
  • Deputies were dispatched to PR 5174 near Quitman, at approximately 12:45 p.m., in reference to identity theft. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 1:20 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 1:35 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief on HWY 154 near Quitman. Deputies advised the reporting party that extra patrol would be provided.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 3:00 p.m., in reference to a scam on CR 3220 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Pine Bark Glen near Hawkins, at approximately 3:41 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 2869 near Hawkins, at approximately 4:00 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief. Actors, or actors unknown, damaged the reporting party’s property. This case is active.
  • At 4:18 p.m., cows were reported out on CR 3990 near Winnsboro.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 5:37 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass. Deputies issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2147 near Quitman, at approximately 6:06 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • At 8:37 p.m., cows were reported out on FM 2088 near Quitman.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 9:46 p.m., in reference to a burglary on CR 3840 near Hawkins. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

June 27th

  • Deputies responded to a suspicious person on CR 1681 near Alba; at approximately 3:11 a.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 1845 near Yantis; at approximately 8:15 a.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the individual.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to PR 6290 near Mineola; at approximately 9:58 a.m. Zachary Tucker, 22, of Alba, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 10:11 a.m., in reference to theft. A known actor took the reporting party’s lawn mower without authorization. The reporting party made contact with the actor and the lawn mower was returned.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious person on FM 2869 near Winnsboro; at approximately 11:45 a.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 1941 near Yantis; at approximately 1:22 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 3:21 p.m., in reference to a scam on CR 3265 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 312 near Winnsboro, at approximately 4:35 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 6:26 p.m., in reference to identity theft on Winding Trail near Hawkins. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 2422 near Mineola, at approximately 9:07 p.m., in reference to a noise complaint. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any activity.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 10:18 p.m., in reference to theft on CR 2388 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.

June 28th

  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 49 near Hawkins, at approximately 7:59 a.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Gary Brown, 50, of Mineola, was arrested for Evading Arrest Detention with Vehicle, Obstruction or Retaliation and Driving While Intoxicated.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 10:43 a.m., in reference to theft. Actors, or actors unknown, used fraudulent credit cards to buy items in the reporting party’s store. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 2:33 p.m., in reference to harassment on CR 3163 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 6:03 p.m., in reference to theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole a utility trailer from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious person on FM 2225 near Quitman; at approximately 6:17 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies were dispatched to PR 5293 near Yantis, at approximately 6:36 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief. A known actor damaged the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 37 near Mineola, at approximately 7:04 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • At 7:52, cows were reported out on CR 1970 near Yantis.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 17 near Alba, at approximately 9:34 p.m., in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK.

June 29th

  • Deputies were dispatched to PR 8000 near Winnsboro, at approximately 1:03 a.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 2260 near Mineola; at approximately 3:33 a.m. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 154 near Quitman, at approximately 4:05 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Main St. in Yantis, at approximately 7:39 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Fm 312 near Winnsboro, at approximately 7:52 a.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1522 near Alba, at approximately 9:19 a.m., in reference to a possible assault. This case is active.
  • At 10:24 a.m., cows were reported out on HWY 11 near Winnsboro.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3163 near Quitman, at approximately 11:38 a.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2140 near Quitman, at approximately 12:14 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 154 near Quitman, at approximately 1:18 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 515 near Yantis, at approximately 6:08 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any suspicious activity.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3520 near Hawkins, at approximately 6:30 p.m., in reference to shots fired. Deputies located the individual with the firearm and cleared the incident.
  • At 7:05 p.m., cows were reported out on FM 2966 near Quitman.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3832 near Hawkins, at approximately 8:22 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies advised the reporting party that extra patrol would be provided.
  • Deputies were dispatched to HWY 37 near Winnsboro, at approximately 9:52 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies made contact with the key holder and everything was OK.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious person on CR 1540 near Alba; at approximately 10:29 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 10:36 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 11:14 p.m., in reference to a disturbance at Lake Quitman beach area. Deputies made contact with all parties involved and cleared the incident.

June 30th

  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3580 near Winnsboro, at approximately 3:25 a.m., in reference to a dispute. The individual left the scene, prior to the deputies’ arrival.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2100 near Quitman, at approximately 6:55 a.m., in reference to a dispute. Deputies located the individuals and everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 3269 near Mineola, at approximately 9:52 a.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.
  • Deputies conducted a traffic stop on HWY 69 near Mineola; at approximately 12:04 p.m. Shelly Loftus Hutsell, 50, of Overton, was arrested for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction/Suspension without Financial Responsibility.
  • At 2:09 p.m., cows were reported out on CR 4645 near Winnsboro.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Lake Holbrook beach, at approximately 3:48 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass. Deputies located the individuals boating in the swim area. Deputies determined it was a boater violation and not criminal trespass.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1859 near Yantis, at approximately 4:21 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 4:32 p.m., in reference to harassment at the Lake Holbrook beach area. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1560 near Alba, at approximately 5:10 p.m., in reference to shots fired. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any activity.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2220 near Mineola, at approximately 9:14 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies made contact with the individuals and determined it was a civil matter.

July 1st

  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 2745 near Mineola, at approximately 1:24 a.m., in reference to a dispute. Parties were separated for the night.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on Cheyenne near Quitman; at approximately 9:35 a.m. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious person on CR 2169 near Quitman; at approximately 9:36 a.m. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 2088 near Winnsboro, at approximately 1:46 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure.
  • Deputies conducted a traffic stop on CR 3163 near Quitman; at approximately 2:35 p.m. Teresa Roundtree, 48, of Mineola, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • Deputies were dispatched to Fm 515 near Winnsboro, at approximately 6:55 p.m., in reference to theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole several items from the reporting party’s vehicle. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 7:26 p.m., in reference to harassment on CR 2298 near Mineola. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 7:30 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on Main St. in Yantis; at approximately 8:46 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK.
  • Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to Live Oak St. in Winnsboro; at approximately 10:21 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to make contact with the individual.
  • Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on FM 2869 near Hawkins; at approximately 11:16 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident.

July 2nd

  • Deputies were dispatched to Blackfoot near Quitman, at approximately 12:16 a.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 2225 near Quitman, at approximately 12:55 a.m., in reference to criminal trespass. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1953 near Yantis, at approximately 6:30 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies made contact with the homeowner and determined everything was OK.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 515 near Yantis, at approximately 8:47 a.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 10:57 a.m., in reference to harassment on CR 3229 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to CR 1522 near Alba, at approximately 2:36 p.m., in reference to theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole the reporting party’s dog. This case has been forwarded to investigators.
  • At 5:42 p.m., horses were reported out on CR 3875 near Hawkins.
  • Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 8:04 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass on CR 3118 near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident.
  • Deputies were dispatched to FM 2869 near Hawkins, at approximately 11:05 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident.
