Billy Green

Billy Green, 77, passed away on May 17, 2019. He was born on Dec. 27, 1941, in Hooks, Texas, to Robert and Eleanor Ward Green.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Johnette Green; and a grandson, Spencer Green.

He is survived by a son, Mike Green of Camden; a daughter, Susan Green of Camden; a sister, Judy Epperson and her husband, Don, of Texarkana, Texas; a sister-in-law and brother in law, Marilyn and Gary Hancock of Sulphur Springs, Texas; and very special friends, John Burleson and David Collins.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Dan Martin along with the nurses and staff at Ouachita County Nursing and Rehab.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, at Memorial Park Cemetery with David Walthall officiating. The Camden Fire Department will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
