Ronald Edward Motes

Ronald Edward Motes, age 60, of Emory passed away, Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs. Ronald was born June 21, 1958 in Southall, England, to the parentage of William Eugene and Jacquline Anne Taylor Motes. Mr. Motes was self employed as a machinist. He was married to Cindy Irene Marshall on April 18, 2013 in Garland. He was a veteran, serving in the U. S. Air Force as a Radio Relay Equipment Specialist. 

Survivors include: wife, Cindy of Emory; son, Dustin Motes (Hallie) of Minnesota; daughter, Angela Marshall of Red Oak; sister, Elizabeth Shoemaker (Jimmy) of Tyler; brothers, Richard Motes (Charlotte) of Whitehouse and William Gage (Rita) of LaVerne; Grandchildren Kegen, Lorlie, and Austin. Preceded in death by parents and one brother, Lloyd Motes in 2018.
