Christian Drew Kirby, 26, is in Hopkins County Jail charged with Abandon Endanger Child Criminal Negligence and held on a $15,000 bond. Kirby was arrested in Hunt County on a local warrant.
He joins Tyfany Paige Kirby, 22, who was arrested in Hunt County on a drug possession charge and transported to Hopkins County Jail on a Hopkins County Warrant for Abandon Endanger Child Criminal Negligence. She had been held in Hunt County on their charge and was released to Hopkins County Jail on December 12th of this year.
Kirby and a child were the subjects of a Child Protective Services and Special Crimes Unit investigation locally. Following the investigation, a warrant was issued for the Kirby arrests.
