A disturbance at a local hotel was more than a verbal altercation that Sulphur Springs Police Officers observed when they first arrived at the room. In speaking with all the individuals involved, it was found that an assault involving a dating relationship had occurred.
Officers arrested David Bradley McCord, 48, of Sulphur Springs. He is charged with a Felony 3, Assault Family/House Member Impede Breath/Circulation. He is in Hopkins County Jail held on a $30,000 bond.
