During a traffic stop at the 113 eastbound mile marker on I-30, Cumby Police located a small amount of suspected cocaine in the center cup holder of a 2009 Dodge Charger. The vehicle was stopped due to a light out over a temporary tag for a license plate.
Jose Angel Valdez, 22, of Sulphur Springs was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, less than 1-gram.
Jorge Heriberto Perez Gomez, 24, of Sulphur Springs (picture not available) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, less than 1-gram.
