Graveside service for Jerry Lynn Price, age 63, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Gafford Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Neal Cochran officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2018 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Jerry passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Christus Mother Frances Hospital – Sulphur Springs.
Jerry Lynn Price was born January 11, 1955 in Sulphur Springs, TX, the son of Pizzini Price and Glenna (Lindley) Price. He married Teri Swatsell on August 16, 2002 in Sulphur Springs. Jerry served as a police officer for the City of Sulphur Springs and East Tawakoni and owned and operated a wrecker service. He was a member of League St. Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Teri Price of Michigan; daughter, Michelle Maynard and husband, Johhny, of Sulphur Springs; sons, David Price and spouse, Dave Termine, of Deleware, Stephen Price and girlfriend, Raven Sims, of Yantis; step-daughter, Kelsey Maynard and husband, J.D., of Sulphur Springs; step-sons, Josh Holloway of Waxahachie, Dylan Tomberlin of Michigan; grandchildren, Dakota, Deanna, Madison, Blake, Mason, Cassidy, and Jackson Maynard, Peyton and Brynlee Holloway; great-grandchildren, Rylan and Ryder; and brothers, Billy Price and wife, Janet, Roger Price and wife, Nan, and Joe Price and wife, Angela.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Patricia Price.
