Rodney Gerald Smith age 46, passed away at his home in Emory, Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Rodney was born September 22, 1970, in Dallas, to Ronnie Gerald and Betty Sue Haney Smith. He worked several different jobs during his working years. One as a Security Guard for different companies in the Dallas area. He, also, drove a truck for several years.
Survivors include:
Mother: Betty Smith of Emory;
Sons: Rodney Gerald Smith, Jr. of Lewisville; Mitchell Clark Smith of Lewisville; and Adrian Scott Smith of Emory;
Brothers: Ronald Wayne Smith (Pamela) of Wills Point; and, Roy Earl Smith also of Wills Point;
He was preceded in death by his Father in 2003.
No memorial service planned at this time.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home in Emory.
