Easter Events in the Sulphur Springs Community

Rock Creek Health and Rehab plans a Community Easter Egg Hunt on Friday April 14 at 2:30, at 1414 College Street.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt by Heroines of Jericho will begin at 6pm on Friday April 14 in Pacific Park. All children are welcome.

Tira United Methodist Church will hold Maundy Thursday services at 6pm on Thursday April 13.

Pastor Bruce Stinson of Central Baptist Church invites the public to a Good Friday Service at 7pm on Friday April 14 at 840 Connally Street.

Hopkins County 4H Infinity Club members will hold a Good Friday Plant and Bake Sale on Friday April 14 at the Texas Agri-life Extension office on Houston Street from 10am until 4pm. There will native plants and grasses, butterfly garden plants and more. The Bake Sale will also be a Dessert Auction, with bids taken on the Infinity 4H Facebook page. High bidders can pick up their desserts between 3 and 5pm on Friday at the Extension office, or may request delivery. Proceeds will be used toward a summer Exchange Trip to Montana in July.
