A billboard along I-30 Westbound, near the Outlet Mall in Sulphur Springs, was getting some work done Friday.
A two man crew welds a metal frame 60 feet off the ground. A “Tombstone” type stick welder was hoisted to the catwalk, a generator roars below. No use of safety equipment could be seen.
