Benito Lopez, Jr

Benito Lopez, Jr., age 70 of Winnsboro, passed away on Monday, January 16th, 2017 in Tyler. He was born on May 10th, 1946 in Brownsville, TX to the late Benito Lopez, Sr. and Manuela Suarez Lopez. He was a retired steel worker and was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; one sisters and one grandson, Albert Gerard Lopez, Jr.

He is survived by, wife, Maria Luisa Lopez; sons, Benito Lopez III, Commander Robert John Lopez, Albert Gerard Lopez and Christobal Daniel Lopez; daughter, Debra Ann Fox; brothers, Silvano Lopez, George Lopez, Raymond Lopez and Joseph Lopez; sisters, Berilda Cervantes, Delia Chavez and Mary Ann Hernandez; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 19th, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494. Rosary will be held at 7:00PM at the Beaty Funeral Home, Winnsboro, TX. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 20th, 2017 at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494 at 12pm with Father Mark Dunne conducting.
