In Eighth Judicial District Court Wednesday afternoon, Isiaah Alberty,59, was sentenced to 35 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Alberty was found guilty of Driving While Intoxicated 3 or more conviction. It was his eighth conviction for the charge.
Matt Harris, Assistant District Attorney, tried the case for the state. The sentencing hearing began at 9 a.m. Wednesday and concluded in late afternoon.
